The victim’s account eventually indicated an investment worth $281,992. However, when they attempted to withdraw funds, the site demanded over $40,000 in taxes, which Sandy assured them was a standard procedure. After paying the fees, the victim discovered they could not access their funds, and the website has since gone offline.
